Tomorrow, I will be sixteen - this calls for celebration.
Last night I was out with eight beautiful girls to celebrate, (would have been ten, but one decided to go and be a sailing superstar and the other dashed off to see a brother); we went to La Spag, had two bottles of wine, took many photographs and then they surprised me with sparkling ice-cream, cymbals and a kiss off an italian waiter. It was pretty perfect. I've already received gorgeous pyjamas, a stunning necklace, a box of chocolates, a nomination bracelet and jeggings, and that's only off four people. Apparently they're all plotting stuff for tomorrow, and I am so excited, as well as slightly apprehensive! I am so lucky to have such amazing friends and I love you all.

Y11 is well underway, but so far, I'm alive, however, the combination of both Greek and Latin set texts may kill me at some point in the near future.

I'm in a play called Our Town, which will be performed at DHS on December 10th and 11th - it's an American small town-life sort of thing, and it's hilarious, as well as really very sad. The cast is an absolute hoot, and my kudos have to go to Doxx, Lathan and Kirstie for being absolutely bonkers and not caring one bit for humiliating themselves in front of prospective parents on our Open Morning rehearsal. I will be so sad when this is over, especially as it will be my last straight play with the queens currently in U6, whom I adore completely. Come and see it, as you will giggle at drawling Texan accents, womanly sobs and screeches, choke back tears as the main girl realises that life is never appreciated until it's gone and wonder at how one person can memorise so many words.
